All price data is sourced from AGMARKNET via data.gov.in on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we strive to present this data clearly, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of the prices, volumes, varieties, or grades shown. Farmers, traders, and users are strongly advised to physically verify prices at their respective mandis before making any commercial, financial, or trading decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creators or contributors of iti-h be liable for any financial losses, crop disposal decisions, transport costs, or other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or reliance on the price data displayed on this website.
