Field Sharing & Collaboration
Connect with consultants or traders, configure granular data access, and manage shared workspaces.
01
Connection Network & Invite Lifecycle
Establish secure peer links with verified advisors or crop buyers. The connections panel displays active relationships along with incoming requests that you can accept or decline, and pending outgoing requests that you can cancel at any time.
About This Guide
Gives you complete authority over who you connect with. You can invite a crop specialist or trader to collaborate and disconnect them instantly whenever needed.
02
Searching Collaborators by Username
Find contacts using their unique custom username handle. The system searches for active user profiles, displaying their full name, profile avatar, and verified user role (such as farmer, trader, or consultant).
About This Guide
Enables you to quickly locate and add trusted agronomists or buyers in your region by entering their custom username handle.
03
Granular Data Sharing Permissions
Protect your agricultural intellectual property. For any connected contact, configure exactly which sections of your field details to share: Soil Properties (pH, N-P-K), Water & Irrigation (frequencies, sources), Terrain & Crop Land (varieties, sowing), or Satellite Analysis (NDVI map overlays).
About This Guide
Ensures you only share relevant data. You can show satellite vegetation maps to consultants for crop diagnostic reports, while keeping your private yield estimates hidden.
04
Collaborator Workspace View
When collaborators log in, they see a read-only field dashboard featuring a clear blue owner badge showing 'Shared by [Owner]'. Their page access is dynamically limited: tabs and sections not checked in your configuration are completely hidden or disabled.
About This Guide
Maintains absolute data security. Collaborators see a customized view that prevents them from access to unpermitted tabs or editing any agronomic settings.
